Roman Encampment
Posted on September 19th, 2006 No commentsThe Draper boys visited Wisconsin Lutheran College on Saturday for the Legio XIV Roman encampment – a reenactment group. They learned about Roman weaponry and armor and Stanley had the first-hand experience of trying on a set of the 20 pound armor. The helmet was a bit big, but I think he made a fine looking Roman soldier!
