As we pause to wish all the Draper’s Diary readers a blessed Christmas season, we want to share with you some of the many blessings we received this year.

    • We are blessed with a beautiful new church, school, house, home town and an expanded Christian family. Please visit our church web site – www.stjohnsse.com.
    • We are blessed with fulfilling work in service to our risen Savior. Kevin has adjusted well and is very much enjoying his many and varied pastoral responsibilities. Sallie continues her job with the synod on a part-time basis and is also volunteer teaching computer classes a few hours a week at our elementary school.
    • We are blessed with music. Our boys (and Mom and Dad) continue piano and violin lessons. The boys are preparing to sing in the children’s Christmas Eve service, and Mom is loving singing in the adult choir.
    • We are blessed with great books and magazines to read. Some of our favorites include the Hank the Cow Dog series, A Barrel of Laughs, A Vale of Tears, the Mitford series, The Lord of the Rings, National Geographic Kids and the Redwall series.
    • We are blessed with a wonderful family with whom we enjoyed visits this summer!
    • We are blessed with a loving Savior who we celebrate this Christmas and always. Thanks be to God for the precious gift of his Son who lived and died for us. Acts 4:12

Our prayer for you this Christmas is that you too are blessed to know the love of your Savior, Jesus Christ.

    Merry Christmas 2007

Merry Christmas! I LOVE getting emails from you and keeping up with the family. Sally, you haven’t changed a bit! You are evidently very happy! I am SO glad! The boys are getting so big! It seems like you were still here at Blue Cross just a couple of years ago. (must be the old lady in me talking:-) Seriously, I couldn’t be happier for you and your family. All is well here, same old, same old. I’m getting a little closer to retirement, which I’m seriously looking forward to. Do me a favor, and remember Gail Boyd’s husband, James, in your prayers. He is currently undergoing treatment for lung cancer. Luv Ya, Rollynn

    2. Wishing you and your family a very Blessed Christmas and the Happiest of New Years!

    3. Hi Sallie and Family,

May God grant you a very Merry Christmas in your new church and home. New traditions will be fun to make.

Enjoy and try to relax a couple of days:)
