Today’s Sermon – The Path to Glory
Posted on March 29th, 2009 No commentsThe sermon for today has been posted on our Christ Insight web site, and a link appears in the upper right area of this page. Rather than double posting the sermons, as we have done in the past, we’ll just provide the link here from now on.
You’ll want to check out today’s because for the first time we have embedded video of the sermon on the site as well! We are slowly figuring out all the media types. We’ve done audio for almost two years. Now with the video streaming service we use to broadcast live (Ustream), we can also record all or parts of our broadcast. Since the non-sermon parts of our broadcast are mostly copy written and cannot be redistributed, we only record the sermon. But that’s the best part anyway!
Here’s a Wordle.net look at the sermon to get you started.
Now head over to this link to read, watch and/or listen to God’s Word!!

The Granny Awards
Posted on March 28th, 2009 No commentsPlaying catch up with some month-old video of the kids in the school play, The Granny Awards. Stanley played the award show emcee, Prof, and Luke has a song solo as best male vocalist winner, Jack in the Beanstalk. It was all lots of fun! Photos are posted on the school web site.

Science projects
Posted on March 28th, 2009 No commentsBenjamin and Luke had space related science projects due in school this week. Ben’s topic was the Hubble Space telescope and we found an impressive model online which he and his dad worked on for 4 or 5 hours. It turned out awesome! Luke did a cool poster on Saturn, complete with very impressive paper scrap rings.

My get away
Posted on March 28th, 2009 No commentsWe have made several improvements to our master bedroom recently including turning a corner into my crafting area using a cool shelving system I got for Christmas. We also recently purchased new bedding, a needed update after many years with our old set. I’m loving it and sneak away upstairs whenever I get the chance!
