The Draper's Diary
May 2003

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
Romans 12:12

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10

5/20/03 - We’ve celebrated a lot this month. The first three weeks of May were packed with celebrations of both Kevin and Sallie’s birthdays, and their 10th anniversary, along with Mother’s Day, end-of-year concerts for Stan and Luke’s piano and violin and at Stanley’s school, Luke’s Pre-K graduation, and finally, Kevin’s graduation from MLC. The verse above is the class verse from the 2003 graduates of MLC. The ceremony and fellowship were wonderful!  It’s hard to believe that our two years in New Ulm have passed by so quickly.

Click here to read a devotion which Kevin wrote for his Greek class this semester.

We are looking forward to a family camping trip to Mt. Rushmore in early June. Then we’ll start packing for Milwaukee. Moving date is June 28th.  We will close for now and share our many photos from this month. God’s Blessings to you all.

Stanley has a great way of expressing the wonderful gospel message found in John 3:16.
