The Draper's Diary
June 2004

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
Romans 12:12

June 25, 2004 - Summer is here and passing much too quickly! Weíre making the most of our free time.  The boys are staying busy with the library summer reading program, music, chores and lots of outside time! Stanley enjoyed a week at Wisconsin Lutheran High Schoolís Choral Camp.  We all went for his final concert and really enjoyed it. We all enjoyed time at Camp Phillip, a WELS camp near Wautoma, WI.  Luke and Stanley got there first taste of summer camp and we all got to participate in the fun of campfires, swimming and devotions! It is an awesome place and we canít wait to go back!!

With sadness and joy we said goodbye to Sallieís sister-in-law, Debbie Byrd, who entered heavenís glory on Friday, June 11, 2004. She will be missed, but we are all thankful that her earthly battle with cancer is done. Please remember her family - husband Richard and children Zachary, Wendy and Jack - in your prayers.

We are counting down to our trip south in late July. We canít wait to visit with family and friends!! Godís Blessings to you all!
